Officers |
Jim is a Senior Property Manager with NAI Utah, the largest property management company in Utah. His current portfolio consists of Retail, Office and Industrial Properties. Prior to his employment at NAI, Jim was the founder and President of Property Management Advantage, Inc. (PMAI). Jim has been involved in property management for 22 years. His career in property management began as an on site manager for a 76 unit condominium complex while attending Idaho state university. He graduated in 1986 with a BS in Accounting and accepted a position with Sessions Management Company of Bountiful Utah.
During his real estate career Jim has been committed to continuing education and has received his CPM designation as well as his Real Estate Brokers License and CCIM designation. Ben has been employed with Westerra Corporation since he began his career in 1999. He currently manages Retail, Office and Industrial Properties for individual investors, reits and corporations. Ben obtained a Bachelors Degree in Finance from the University of Utah and obtained his CPM with IREM in 2006. Jeff Bettinson has been in Property Management for seven years. He has worked for Woodbury Corporation for his entire Property Management career. Jeff earned his CPM designation in April 2007 and currently manages over 1.1 million square feet which includes both office and retail.
